Taking the first steps to managing mental health conditions can be daunting. Whether this is your first time navigating psychiatric care, or you are transitioning to a new psychiatrist, Dr. Aydin will help you determine the next steps in your care.

Consultation
After reaching out to the office via phone, email, or the contact form, Dr. Aydin will discuss your concerns in a 15-minute phone conversation before scheduling an initial assessment. This consultation is to ensure Dr. Aydin will be able to meet your specific needs before scheduling an intake.
Initial Assessment
The initial assessment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that serves as a crucial foundation to understanding your unique needs and concerns.
- During this session, we will explore your medical history, delve into your current challenges, and work collaboratively to outline a tailored treatment roadmap.
- We will decide together if moving forward in treatment is the appropriate next step. Initial assessments are in-person, but may be offered virtually for select mental health conditions.
Follow Ups
After the initial assessment, and if we decide together to move forward with a treatment plan, we will work on an appropriate follow up schedule tailored to your needs.
- Follow-ups may include a combination of medication management and therapy, and will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.
- Follow-ups are offered in-person and virtually.
Flexibility
Our office uses Spruce, a HIPAA compliant tele-health platform that provides video, messaging, and calling capabilities between health providers and patients.
Upon completion of your intake paperwork you will be invited to join our clinic on Spruce, where you can meet Dr. Aydin virtually for your initial assessment and follow-up appointments.
Fees & Payment
For patients not using insurance, accepted payment methods include: cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
Our office will provide an invoice for out-of-network reimbursement.

Initial Assessment: $500
45-minute follow-up: $400
30-minute follow-up: $250
